Began its educational activities in the semester of 1994-1995 as a second department in our school.

Purpose of The Programme:

The basic purpose of Anesthesia, anesthesia applications to educate technical personnel needed help. The students duringthe two-year training anesthesia, intensive care and pain units, the theoretical and practical applications, infrastructure,technical information related to devices used in anesthesia and intensive care units giving experience to teach aboutcardiopulmonary resuscitation.

Content of Training :

Anesthesia training program duration is 4 semesters. Attendance is mandatory, and the language of instruction is Turkish.The courses in the program, Faculty of Medicine and Vocational Higher School of Healthcare Studies related disciplineprovided by staff members of the faculty or teaching, professional practice courses, Dokuz Eylul University Hospital,Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation ORs and areas of application are performed. 

Job Opportunities After Graduation :

All students in the program by completing internships in professional practice and graduate from the program with the title of Anesthesia Technician forms. Positions in the Ministry of Health has opened in recent years, a large part of the currentgraduating anesthesia technicians are settled. In past years, some of our graduates have been employed within their ownuniversity. Except for public bodies other than private hospitals, polyclinics for graduates of the program are a seriousalternative to employment.

4.Recognition of prior learning:

9. Transition to the upper degree programs:

10. Course structure and borrowings:
